The resort is remotely located north of Lake Coeur d'Alene and west of Pend Oreille Lake but still within an hour's drive of restaurants and shopping (including outdoors megastore Cabela's). Recreational opportunities at Stoneridge Recreational Club include tennis and racquetball courts, an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, and organized activities and classes. A golf course is located next door, and three major ski resorts are situated within 70 miles.
