Situated in historic Falmouth Heights, it is convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants, fishing, golfing, and bicycle trails. The resort's sweeping lawn abuts the Falmouth kite park, where colorful kites fly throughout the spring and summer. A short stroll away, sail from Falmouth Harbor, fish on a dock, or hop on the Island Queen Ferry for a day-trip to Martha's Vineyard. Guests can enjoy all kinds of family fun, including barbecuing in the resort's picnic area while watching beautiful sunsets.

Unit Description

All units  are non-smoking and have TV/DVD Player,Cable, A/C, toaster, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, utensils, and hair dryer. Studio units are equipped with a partial-kitchen with a 2 burner electric range/sink and refridgerator and each unit has a private patio.

Your STUDIO UNIT will accommodate two to four people with a pull down double murphy bed & queen size sleep sofa.
