IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Construction/hallway remodeling beginning December 2014 through December 2016. Each floor will be out of order 3-4 months while work is completed. Noise will be heard throughout the building. Work will begin at 10am daily, M-F with some weekend work possible.

The staff at The Carriage House informed us that the Marriott Grand Chateau, located next door, has begun new construction on two towers. The contractors do begin work as early as 5:00am, Monday through Friday. In addition, some work may be done in the overnight hours between 11:00pm to 5:00am. Unfortunately, the noise and work hours are out of the control of SkyAuction.com and The Carriage House. The work is anticipated to continue through 2014.
