Each unit at The Pines at Meadow Ridge has
a color TV with cable, telephone and a
full kitchen with dishwasher and a
microwave oven. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have
2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, &
1 queen sleeper sofa. 3BR OCC: Max 8/Pri
8 have either 2 or 3 baths, two queen
beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper
sofa. There are no elevators on site.
Units and common indoor areas are
non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
Violators are fined US$250 per day and a
cleaning fee. Winter Park is set at a
high altitude, of 9600 ft, which may
aggravate health conditions. The resort
does not have on-site guest services.
Many local restaurants and shops are
closed during the off season, October
thru May. A credit card imprint or
US$100 cash or check is required at
check-in for the security deposit. If the
member is not checking in, the guest must
have a guest certificate. The resort
check-in is located at the Alderwood
Colorado Offices in the Fraser Safeway
Shopping Center. Please contact the
resort to make arrival arrangements.
