Located in the southwestern Utah desert area, Villas at Southgate is a haven in an arid paradise. Enjoy the outdoor pool and whirlpool. The resort is located along the first fairway of the Southgate Golf Course. Red Hills, Sunbrook, and Green Springs golf courses are located within 10 minutes. Make your golf tee times one to two weeks prior to your arrival. The resort is near Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Boating and water sports are available at Quail Creek and Gunlock State Park, both a short drive away.

Each unit at Southgate is air-conditioned
and has two televisions. All units are
2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 with 2 queen beds
and 1 queen Murphy bed, and two
bathrooms. There are no elevators. No
pets allowed. A car is necessary to
enjoy the area. The resort has two
parking lots; however, they are
approximately one block from some of the
units. No pets are allowed on the
property. Check-in is between 4pm and
10pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
There will be a US$25 charge for late
arrivals unless special arrangements are
made with the resort. There is a US$100
security deposit. A mid-week towel
exchange is available from 9am-11am on
Tues. (for Fri. check-ins) or Wed. (for
Sat. check-ins). Bring your own beach
towels. Temperatures range from 40F-60F
in the winter and often reach a summer
high of 105F. St. George is on Mountain
Standard Time. Smoking is not permitted
anywhere on the resort property.
