Located in the city of Fort Lauderdale between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intra coastal Waterway, Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort puts you within one block of the beach. The resort has limited amenities, including a small heated out-door pool, with sun deck, whirlpool hot tub, day spa and restaurant. For the more adventurous, enjoy a tour of Fort Lauderdale from the Intracoastal Waterway by water taxi, departing from and returning to any of the nearby locations. The resort does not provide daily housekeeping. A mid-week towel change and trash removal are provided for guests staying a full week.

All units are air-conditioned and include
one television in a studio unit, two TVs
in a 1BR unit and three TVs in a 3BR unit.
The 1 and 2 bedroom units have a full
kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and
disposal. The compact studio units OCC:
Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and an
extremely limited kitchen all in one room.
Studios do not offer a balcony. 1BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have either a full or
1.5 baths. 1BR units have a king bed, 1
queen sleeper sofa and a queen murphy bed.
The sleeper sofa and murphy bed are both
in the living room, making 1BR suitable
for comfort of 4 guests. 2BR units are a
combination of a studio and 1BR unit, with
a connecting door. Occ: Max 8/Pri 5 have
2 baths, 2 king beds, 1 murphy bed and 1
pull-out sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa and
murphy bed are in the same room, making it
most comfortable for 6 guests. A car is
required to fully enjoy the area. The
resort prohibits motorhome, boat and
trailer parking on the resort property or
on the street. No pets are allowed. A
US$100 security deposit is required at
check-in. There is a MANDATORY US$10.00
safe rental fee for all guests.
