What The Colony does not offer in
amenities, it more than makes up for by
offering 1200 square feet of living area,
the largest RCI accomodations in the area.
All units at The Colony are self-contained
and have air conditioning, television with
HBO and a full kitchen. Telephones are
also available in each unit and there is
internet access too. All units are 2BR
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king
bed and two double beds in the second
bedroom. Check-in at the office is at 4
p.m. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late
arrivals must notify the resort in
advance for check-in arrangements. **If
allergies are a concern, please be aware
that although RCI exchange guests cannot
bring pets, owners at The Colony may
bring theirs, which may cause concern for
allergy sufferers.** US$200 security
deposit is required. A car is
recommended to enjoy the area. Resort
provides one parking space free of
charge. Additional parking spaces are
available for US$10 a day based on
availablility.
