MSC Rhapsody
This extremely popular liner, with her fun and easy style of cruising, makes her perfect for lively Mediterranean itineraries. Relax and savor classic Italian hospitality as you choose your accommodations from many tastefully furnished inside and outside cabins or deluxe staterooms with your own sitting area, TV and refrigerator.
Take a stroll on deck, enjoy a barbecue lunch and then soak up the sunshine, bask in the whirlpools or take a dip in the swimming pool. The more energetic can work out in the gym, join one of the aerobics and stretch classes or try a game of paddle tennis.
After dinner and dessert, let MSC Italian Cruises entertain you. The evening's entertainment features top class bands in our two major lounges providing listening music for all tastes and ages. Many of our nightly shows have an accent of the Mediterranean such as vivid Flamenco dancers from Spain or a show with historical glances back into "Old Europe." On other nights you will be transported to New York City as you sit in the audience watching famous Broadway shows you either know and love or haven't had the chance to see. If you didn't catch a movie during the afternoon, see what's playing at the cinema.
Afterwards, if you're feeling lucky, swing by the Casino for some poker, roulette or blackjack and then stop by the midnight buffet for a late-night snack. Finally, dance the night away in one of the many nightspots that stay alive into the wee hours. You can always slip away for a quiet drink on deck to enjoy the tranquility of the clear, star-studded nighttime sky over the water, but with so many choices, the entertainment on deck sparkles like city nightlife and will definitely tempt you.

Amsterdam, Netherlands
Amsterdam, the beautiful capital of the Netherlands, has the wonderful atmosphere of a 17th-century city combined with the contemporary character of a modern metropolis. It is a treasure chest of superb architecture and is famous for its canals and extraordinary museums. Highlights include the towers and steeples, considered to be some of the city's loveliest features
Le Havre, France
The port of Le Havre lies at the mouth of the Seine River that flows to romantic Paris, "City of Lights." Paris features the incredible treasures of the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur.
Le Coruna, Spain
This charming Spanish city is poised on a peninsula that juts into the blue-green sea and is ringed by sandy beaches. Travel to the nearby pilgrimage site of Santiago de Campostela, a town that's been described as "poetry in stone," with buildings dating back to the Middle Ages.
Lisbon, Portugal
Portugal is for explorers. Its valiant seamen first charted the Azores, discovered Japan and unlocked the major sea routes the world over. As your ship sails into the harbor of Lisbon, share the anticipation these sailors experienced as they ventured into new and exciting lands for the first time.
Cadiz, Spain
Cadiz may, in fact, be the oldest inhabited city in the western world, with more than 3,000 years of history. Located on the southern coast of Spain, it borders both the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Christopher Columbus departed on two of his voyages to the New World from here and with his discovery of the Americas, Cadiz quickly grew into a major city by importing gold and silver and exporting local specialties like sherry and cork. By the 18th century, Cadiz had become the wealthiest port in Western Europe. Amazingly, this beautiful coastal city has been largely undiscovered by international tourists; however, it is a popular destination for Spaniards in the summer and during Carnival in February and March.
Barcelona, Spain
Founded by Romans in the first century BC, Barcelona is the vibrant capital of Catalonian Spain. Many of the world's finest treasures can be seen in Barcelona's museums and monuments. Romanesque and Gothic frescoes and treasures can be enjoyed at the Catalan Art Museum. Among the most treasured sites is Gaudi's masterpiece, The Sagrada Familia.
Marseilles, French Riviera
Founded nearly 26 centuries ago, Marseilles is the oldest city in France, a mosaic of old and new with a dozen villages and eight islands, each offering a world of enchanting discoveries. At nearby Avignon, visit the magnificent Palace of the Popes and the hilltop Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. Explore ruins of 13th century Palais Long champs and colorful "Old Harbor" where you can browse open-air markets.
Genoa, Italy
A sophisticated city, Genoa is also a wonderful place to discover Renaissance palaces and a charming medieval inner city. Enjoy the lovely parks and the delightful restaurants and shops.
