Each Monarch at Sea Pines Resort unit is
air-conditioned and has a washer/dryer,
cable television, VCP & DVD player,
and a whirlpool spa. All units are 2BR
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and include 2 baths, 1
king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleeper
sofa. No pets are allowed.
Motorcycles, RVs, campers, boats &
trailers are strictly prohibited from
entering into Sea Pines Plantation and
the resort property.** Having a vehicle
to fully enjoy the area, however, is
recommended. Please phone the resort if
you have questions. Resort guests
check-in is at the resort. Effective
11/24/12 thru 03/22/13, the resort is
completely refurbishing the villas.
Guests will experience noise, dust, and
restricted parking beginning at 7AM to
7PM, 7 days a week.
