All condominiums are air-conditioned and
include a television. Most units have a
microwave. Daily maid service is available
for approximately US$50 a week. Hotel
units and studios 4/2 are SMALL. Hotel
units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a
sleep sofa. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2
have 1 bath, 1 double bed, and a sleep
sofa. Studio units with a loft OCC: Max
6/Pri 4 have 1.7 baths, 1 king bed and 2
sleep sofas. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4
have a 0.7 bath or 1.7 baths, 1 double bed
and 2 sleep sofas. 1BR loft units OCC: Max
8/Pri 6 have 1 bath, two 3/4 baths, 2
double beds and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units
OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 full baths with
varying bed structures. Mandatory fees:
Energy surcharge US$35 per unit per week.
Government tax US$50 per unit per week.
No pool or resort activities. Proof of
U.S. citizenship is required. 'A'
side of lock off units contains a sleeper
sofa. 'B' side has actual bed. No
pets allowed. No parking on resort
grounds. On site car rental no longer
available.
