Each unit is air-conditioned and has a
color television, hair dryer and a micro-
wave oven. Garden units are across the
street from the Gulf (units 21 through 28)
1BR units (600 sq.ft.) OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.
2BR units (726 sq.ft.) OCC: Max 6/Pri 4
have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and
1 sleep sofa. For unit floor plan layout

are allowed. Guests will not be allowed
to check-in with more people than the
maximum occupancy states. Not all units
have a view of the gulf; the resort is
not able to relocate you to a unit with a
different view. If you plan on arriving
after 4:00pm, please phone the resort in
advance for check-in procedures. A US$100
security deposit payable in cash or
credit card imprint is due at check-in.
The resort requires all occupants to be
over 23 unless accompanied by a parent.
The resort has two floors and no elevator.
Coin operated laundry facilities on site.
Only one parking space is allowed per
unit. No Smoking allowed at Resort.
