We invite you to enjoy a breathtaking sunset with us at South Beach, where relaxing comes naturally. Currently the site of the Condo-hotel. This original condo building was less than 5 years old before renovation. The rooms are beautiful, and is now the "Coolest" place on Treasure Island to own.

The fully furnished one- and two-bedroom condo units include:

This offer is based on accommodations in a ONE-BEDROOM CONDO UNIT that sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. High bidder may upgrade their stay to a TWO-BEDROOM CONDO UNIT that sleeps a maximum of 6 guests for an additional $30 per room per night.

The One Bedroom Condo is SOLD out for 2008 dates! Stays in 2008 must upgrade to a Two-Bedroom Condo. 2009 stays are available in both one and two bedrooms.

Stay a minimum of 1 night or up to 7 nights as desired and based on availability.

Tax and service charges of $32.00 additional per room per night.
