Additional Information

The resort property is on the beach;
however, not all units have an ocean
view. Units 1001-1016, 2001-2016, and
3001-3005 are in the building across the
street from the beach. Units 101- 105,
201-207, and 301-307 are on the beach
side of the street and face the pool. The
property is sold out and CANNOT
accommodate requests to change unit type
or location. All units have A/C, cable
TV, and DVD/VCR player. Studio units
sleep up to four people in the living
room area and have 1 bath and a full or
mini-kitchen. 1BR units sleep up to six
people (2 in bedroom and 4 in living
room) and have a full kitchen and either
1 or 2 baths. All 1BR units have king
beds in bedroom except units 3001 and
3004 which have queen beds. Coin laundry
is available on-site. Daily and mid-week
maid service are available for a fee.
Late arrivals must contact the resort
office at 954/942-8200 in advance. A
credit card is required at check-in for
security deposit. Fees are charged for the
use of phone in unit. No pets are allowed.
Trailers and RV's cannot park on-site.
Guest on confirmation must be 21 yrs old.
