HighlightsBordered by 2.3 million acres of the San Juan National Forest, Wynhdam Pagosa is a complete recreational community located in the mountains of southwestern Colorado. Tennis courts; a golf course; and a recreational center, featuring an indoor pool, a weight room, games room, and racquetball courts, are all nearby. In winter, a daily shuttle to the Wolf Creek ski area is offered. Cross-country skiing with rental equipment is also available. The resort is at high altitude. Learn about high-altitude sickness to prevent the problems associated with this illness.
Additional Information Your condo will feature cable TV, VCR,
microwave, dishwasher & a
washer/dryer. Some 1 bedroom units have a
mini kitchen. These units are best suited
for 2 adults only. No RV's, trailers or
campers allowed on site, due to limited
parking (2 spaces per unit). 1BR units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath. 2BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths. 2BR units
OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 or 2.5 baths. A
credit card is required at check-in for a
security deposit. Each guest provided
with one daily complimentary pass to the
local recreation center which provides an
indoor pool, hot tub, weight room &
racquetball courts. Guests requiring
ground floor or handicap unit please
contact the resort directly in order to
make arrangements prior to your arrival.
Guests are encouraged to attend the Sunday
evening activity reception to help plan
their vacation. No pets are allowed on
property & guests will be charged a
US$300 fee for a violation of this
policy. Ski seasons vary every year,
contact the resort to verify the dates.
