With a standing tradition of being a popular summer vacation spot, the area offers excellent sport fishing, beaches, and a variety of family entertainment. Within walking distance are several restaurants, beaches, a shopping mall, and a miniature golf course. On site, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.
Additional Information All units at Club Ocean Villas II offer a
TV, VCR, air conditioning and a private
courtyard. HOWEVER the "A" and
"B" side unit share a common
courtyard and outdoor jacuzzi. Unit
views and locations are not guaranteed.
The resort has no elevators. 1BR and 2BR
unit amenities include a washer/dryer and
a full kitchen with a dishwasher &
microwave oven. 2BR & Hotel units
include an indoor whirlpool tub. No pets
are allowed. Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2
have 1 bath and 1 queen bed. These units
contain a coffee maker, toaster, mini
refrigerator, and mini wet bar sink - but
no cooking facilities. 1BR units OCC:
Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed
& 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC:
Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1
queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. Occupancy
is strictly enforced. No pets are
allowed. A car is not necessary to enjoy
your stay. Some local attractions are
closed during the winter. A US$75
security deposit (check or credit card
imprint) is required at check-in. After
the unit is inspected upon departure, the
security deposit will be mailed back to
you.
