bedroom, safe, washer/dryer and microwave.
Air-conditioning is available for a
nominal fee. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 2 baths, 1 king bed and 1 sleeper
sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2
baths, 1 king bed, 2 full beds and a
queen sleeper sofa. The resort is 2 or
3 stories and there is no elevator. No
pets allowed. The Kona Coast Resort
offers a pool-side bar, volley ball
courts, arts and crafts, and a jogging
path on-site. Located nearby is a movie
cinema and snorkeling. Wireless Internet
$9.95 a day. Air-conditioning is
optional. The fees are: US$61.04 per week
for 1BR. US$80.43 per week for 2BR and
US$93.52 per week for 3BR. Optional
daily cleaning is US$35 per day. All
Hawaii resorts are required to charge a
transient occupancy tax ranging from
US$25 to US$35 per interval confirmed
based on unit size.
